New clients
We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your services so you can change in to the appropriated attire and relax before your treatment. Late arrival will mean your treatment time will be customised.
Bookings
Bookings are essential for all treatment. Credit Card details or alternatively a monetary deposit of 50% of the treatment value is to be provided for all treatments exceeding one hour at the time of booking. If using a Gift Certificate, please quote your Certificate number at the time of booking and present your Certificate prior to your treatment.
Terms of payment
We accept Bankcard, Mastercard, VISA and EFTPOS for treatments and products over $20.00.
Cancellations
Cancellations and/or rescheduling of appointments require 24 hours notice. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Attire
A locker will be allocated for your personal belongings and we provide robes, slippers and towels. Your modesty during treatments is taken into consideration – during all body treatments we will provide you with disposable undergarments and your therapist will professionally drape you. If you prefer, you may bring your own swimwear for spa treatments. We recommend open toe shoes are worn when you are having a pedicure.
Eiquette
Please ensure all mobile phones are switched off prior to entering the spa. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

Remember to book your next appointment before you leave to ensure availability and avoid disappointment. |
